*Each participant is REQUIRED to sign a waiver by his or her own parent or guardian for the visit. 

Open Gym Rules:

• Adult supervision is required for children ages 5 and under.
• NO parents allowed in the gym for children over the age of 5.
• NO spotting allowed. If you would like to coach, come in and fill out an application! Only USAG Safety Certified Instructors may spot gymnasts/tumbers/cheerleaders.
• NO adults on the equipment.
